How do I access the Level 1 Teacher Training course materials?
Upon purchase, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with unique login credentials to our student portal, where all video modules, manuals, and resources are hosted.
Is there a deadline to complete the certification?
Our Level 1 online training is self-paced. You have lifetime access to the materials, allowing you to complete the modules and final assessment whenever it fits your schedule.
What is your refund policy for the training program?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. if you find the course is not the right fit for you, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course.
Will I receive a physical certificate in the mail?
After successfully passing the final quiz, you will receive a high-resolution digital certificate. Physical printed certificates can be ordered separately through our store for an additional shipping and handling fee.
